The tracker works here and there, but the “real-time” updates are way behind. I kept refreshing and still ended up seeing old info, which got frustrating fast. I don’t know how many times I had to explain that the app wasn’t showing the current status. It’s not completely useless, but it’s definitely annoying.

I felt a little embarrassed having to follow up more than once, but support just took way too long to get back to me. When they finally replied, the answers didn’t really help with my issue, so the whole experience was frustrating...

My first impression of Optimus GPS Tracker was that it seemed fine and straightforward to use, but after spending a bit more time with it, I just didn’t feel like it was worth the monthly cost. It works okay, but I wasn’t using enough of the features to make the subscription feel justified. Some parts felt a little basic for the price, and I guess I expected more. It might make sense for someone who uses it heavily every day, but for me, the value just wasn’t there.

I tried using Optimus Tracker on my phone, and it was frustrating. The app felt slow, buttons wouldn’t always respond, and it took way too long to find simple things. Of course, this all happened when I actually needed to check something quickly, so the timing was awful. On top of that, the login kicked me out a few times for no clear reason. Maybe it works better on desktop, but the mobile app definitely needs a lot of work.

I was disappointed with this tracker. The casing cracked after only a few weeks, and it’s not like I was dropping it all the time or being rough with it. I tried reaching out about it, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. it wasn’t worth it for me.

The tracking said my package had been delivered, but it definitely wasn’t. It was still miles away, so yeah, that was frustrating

I’ve had a frustrating time with this device. It’ll be fully charged, but it still randomly goes offline, and there’s no update or clear reason why. I really wanted it to be dependable, but so far it just hasn’t been very reliable...

I mainly got this for the geofence alerts, but they either show up really late or sometimes don’t come through at all, haha. It’s frustrating when the whole point is to know right away. I tried messing with the settings to see if that would fix it, but it didn’t really make much of a difference

I gave Optimus GPS Tracker a try mainly because I needed reliable location history reports. On paper, it seemed like it would do exactly what I needed, but in actual use, it was kind of disappointing.

The map points were all over the place, and some trips either did not show up or had times that looked completely off. There were also moments where it showed the car as stopped when I knew it was moving, so I really could not rely on the report with any confidence.

I reached out to support, but the responses were basic, mostly just telling me to refresh or wait it out. For something I needed to depend on regularly, that just was not good enough, so I ended up canceling and moving on.

I ordered from Optimus GPS Tracker and the delivery ended up taking a lot longer than I expected. Maybe I misunderstood the estimate, I don’t know, but the tracking updates were barely helpful, so I kept checking and wondering if I was just being impatient or if the package was stuck somewhere.
When it finally showed up, I figured at least setup would be quick, but activation wouldn’t go through for me. I contacted support and they did reply, but it was slow and mostly just basic instructions I’d already tried. Maybe I missed something on my end, but overall it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t say I’m happy with it
